We are looking to add an Event Officer to our team! This person will serve as the point of contact for vendors for events and will work alongside the Fundraising Officer and Program Officer to ensure events are carried out smoothly. Ideally, we would be looking for someone who has any experience coordinating events or managing projects. All positions with The Brady Effect are currently 100% volunteer. In this position we would expect this person put in approximately 2-10 hours a month based on current needs. We are looking to add a Communications Officer to our team! This person will oversee all forms of public communication for our organization. This will include social media pages, quarterly newsletters, and public events. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is confident using and posting on social media and is comfortable speaking in front of groups of people. All positions with The Brady Effect are currently 100% volunteer. In this position we would expect this person put in approximately 2-10 hours a month based on current needs. We are looking to add an Advocacy Officer to our team! This person will serve as our connection to our target community. Ideally, this person will have some connection to individuals on the autism spectrum and will feel confident pushing our Board of Directors in the right direction for how we can serve our target community as best as we can. All positions with The Brady Effect are currently 100% volunteer. In this position we would expect this person put in approximately 2-6 hours a month based on current needs. We are looking to add a Financial Officer to our team! This person will assist our Treasurer to carry out the financial guidance for our organization. Ideally, this person will have some experience working as a CPA or is familiar with tax requirements as they may apply to non-profits. All positions with The Brady Effect are currently 100% volunteer. In this position we would expect this person put in approximately 2-5 hours a month based on current needs. As we grow and put on events, we will be looking for individuals to work with our established officers on specific committees. Since all positions are volunteer, we aim to have our committees help spread out the work among multiple people. Right now, we see the following committees being established in the near future: specific event committees, an advocacy committee, a finance committee, and a social media committee.
